Waterpoint is a 355-hectare integrated township developed by Nam Long Group along the Vam Co Dong River in Long An, southwest of Ho Chi Minh City. Conceived as a large-scale residential community within a landscape-rich setting, the development brings together housing, public amenities, open spaces, waterways and recreational facilities within an extensive master plan.

 

As Design Management Director at Nam Long Group, my role focused on guiding and coordinating the design development across multiple components of the project. Working with internal teams and external consultants, I contributed to the urban and landscape design direction, the quality and integration of public spaces, and the coordination of individual developments within the wider master plan.

 

Waterpoint represents an important part of my work in Vietnam: not as the author of the original master plan, but through design leadership and management of a complex project as it moved from planning vision toward implementation.
