Beyond Master Planning

For more than two decades, I have worked on projects ranging from new towns and waterfronts to ecological districts, tourism destinations and landscape strategies across Europe and Southeast Asia.

My work combines urban design, ecology and landscape thinking into a single design process. Rather than treating nature as decoration, every project seeks to build ecological systems into the structure of the city itself.

 

The projects below illustrate different scales, climates and design challenges, but they all share the same objective:

 

creating places where urban life and ecological performance reinforce one another.
