Integrated Resort, Residential & Beachfront Concept — Da Nang, Vietnam

Role: Design Director — 3TI Progetti Asia
Forest Towers is a 35-hectare mixed-use resort development located along Da Nang’s coastline. The project occupies two sites separated by the main coastal road, integrating hotels, residential towers, a casino and entertainment district, resort villas and beachfront amenities within a continuous landscape framework.
At the heart of the development, the casino district is organized around a major public square animated by fountains, water features and night-time shows. A strong green axis connects this central destination with the beachfront resort and its lower-rise villas.
The defining concept transforms the high-rise buildings into “Forest Towers”, integrating planted terraces, sky gardens, swimming pools and elevated landscapes into the architecture. Vegetation provides shade and outdoor living spaces while extending the tropical landscape vertically through the development.
From the towers to the beachfront villas, the master plan progressively shifts in scale and density, creating a continuous relationship between architecture, landscape and the sea.
Forest Towers explores a model of high-density tropical development where landscape becomes an integral part of the architecture.
